  14. I have a story to share about Rosh Hashanah.let me know if u plan on using it,and I will give u a quick bio to go with it: this past Rosh Hashanah was very difficult for me. I was recovering from anaphylaxis,a life threatening allergic reaction, as well as myriad other problems from my many complex, largely untreatable disorders. But what really got to me was that I had a awful reaction to a medicine that we tried on the first of Rosh Hashanah or the first time. It was not my ideal way to start off a new year, and I was feeling frustrated and uninspired. I was feeling awful. The night was coming, and I still hadn’t really felt It. I was eating my last meal before shkieh. I was very nauseous, so I ate it tiny bite by tiny bite. I looked up. It was almost time to stop eating. And that’s when I decided to make one tiny little sacrifice. I ate the rest of the food at a normal speed so I could stop eating in time. Even though I was awfully nauseous.even though it made my stomach cramp. I had made my own little sacrifice using what I had.and at that momment, I was sure I really would have a happy sweet New year. What I did was not noble. Nothing awesome about it. But I think it proves that matter where you are and how disconnected you may feel, you can offer up your own tiny sacrifice. And that can make all the difference in the upcoming year.

  15. t.r. says:

(It’s just so clear in life that we really can’t control things and its not up to us. Just an example, we had an outlet that was sparking, that was a nes itself-my brothers keys somehow touched an outlet but somehow the fire dropped to the floor but they keys on his pants were melted and he wasnt touched. This happened about a week ago and someone came the next day and said he cant fix it and hes gonna be busy this week and he cant come. He somehow showed up today, my mother asked him why he came, he said he had extra time. My mother showed him a different room to check if its coming from there and there was a problem and then he checked the dining room chandelier and he said its already burning and we would have had an electrical fire if he wouldnt have came today. He said “I guess Hashem just sent me today, we think we can control things, he’s always watching us.)
