One who works has the advantage of being able to see Divine providence in the “coincidences” that abound in the business world. He who works actualizes the goal of creation–to make the material world a Divine home. This can be achieved only by one who deals directly with the material world in a sanctified manner. Thus it’s the destiny of most not to be immersed entirely in the “tent of Torah,” since it is only through sanctified interaction with the material world that the purpose of creation is realized. – Lubavitcher Rebbe
