How many times do we say, “I should have called that person, that person looked sad, he looks needy, I could have walked over and smiled, I could have sent a text?” 

But we don’t always follow through.  Life is busy.  There is so much to do.  But we find time for the things we care about. And if you care about people, then you’ll find the time for them, you’ll find the words, you’ll find the heart.

There is so much time in a day, when you’re sitting in the car, in a waiting room, on your couch at home. 

Pick up the phone. 

To you, it’s just a few moments; to the other person, it might change his whole day.
