Even “natural events” are created by Hashem constantly; they too are miracles. 

A doctor told the very elderly and frail Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman, “It’s a miracle that you are alive,” to which the rabbi replied, “It’s also a miracle that you are alive!”

Nature is not independent of God; it is His creature.
