Many of the things people worry about never actually happen.
But constant fear of what might go wrong can make even a good life feel like suffering.
This kind of suffering is self-inflicted — and unnecessary.

and if i may add to this beautiful thought, when the thing we fear actually does happen, we get the strength from Hashem to deal with it and it is never as bad as we thought it would be.. Because when we worry the fear is real because at that time, we are not yet equipped to deal with the issue we fear…. Thank you for all your beautiful insights
