Learn a little bit of Torah each day, even if you are falling into the worst sins.

For they depend upon him, and he depends upon the One Who commanded, and the world came into being.”

Spend generously on your wife. And if funds are limited, let her see your desire to give.

As Rabbi Akiva told his wife: “If I had the means, I would place upon you a golden ornament engraved with the image of Jerusalem” (Nedarim 50a).

And indeed, the Gemara later testifies that he fulfilled that very promise. (Shabbos 59b)

There is nothing greater in the world that can bring a person serenity and tranquility than emuna and bitachon.

This awareness is the tried-and-true path to alleviating all of a person’s emotional pain.
