Our Individual Bricks

We know that Hashem takes every good deed we do and transforms it into the building the Bais Hamikdosh. In fact, when Mashiach comes, each of us will actually see the individual bricks or stones that were added because of our mitzvos. ~ Divray Yechezkal, Shiniver Rebbe

    Jeremy, I love your blog, but this one, not so sure. Our “mitzvot” our not “ours.” to be tallied up like a ledger. A mitzva is a truly existential event which is inconceivalbe to the human mind. We hope that our actions reflect the values enumerated inthe Torah to illuminate the world as a whole and make gd happy.
