      My wife actually just mentioned that she hated this quote. Just so everyone is clear, you sometimes see people treat strangers or perhaps guests in their home with so much more respect than their own wives. That is what this quote is referring to. Similar to another quote that one should fear God as he fears man. Sometimes you are afraid to do something because someone is watching, but God is always watching. If you fear Hashem as much as you fear man, you should be ok….
