You should never feel that Judaism is an all or nothing religion.  It simply isn’t. Even if and when you commit a sin, do teshuvah, put it behind you and realize that the sin did not cancel out the mitzvos you performed.  And the reward for each mitzvah is unfathomable, so just grab as many as you could!

Thanks for the comment. The fact that there is a major concept in the Torah of Teshuva means that Hashem knows we are going to sin. It is part of being human. We are not perfect. As for our mitzvos not getting canceled out, I have seen that in many places, but i think most recently i saw that in the Tomer Devorah. But I think everyone agrees on that. Lastly, regarding the value of a mitzvah, many seforim discuss this, but read this post where i discuss what Rav Dessler says about it, which is amazing – https://emunadaily.com/2013/06/11/no-reward-for-a-mitzva-in-this-world/

Its common sense, I am sure you can find it in the sforim I am not sure were, But of curse its only for the Jew that believes in the 13-Principles.

There is no such a thing as hopeless, as long as we live there we can do Teshuvah.
