Women seem deprived of many mitzvos. They don’t wear tallis or tefillin…. However, there is a great avodah that they do for Hashem.
Every morning, they thank Hashem for making them exactly as they are, and there is no greater avodah than when one accepts Hashem’s plan.

Why can’t everyone say the same bracha?! It is insulting to women that men say thank you for not making me a woman!!
Men say thank you for not making them women because men are obligated in Tefillin and Tzitzis. With regard to the bracha for women, I believe there is a big misconception. When women say the bracha thanking Hashem for “making me according to your will,” that is by no means an insult. When Hashem created man, He consulted the angels. But when Hashem created woman, He made her according to His will, i.e. exactly as He wanted to make her. This is a higher level.
