Question of the Week

As we’ve discussed, each of us must respond to the call of duty in our own unique way, be it through prayer, acts of kindness, or other means.

Spiritually, what commitments or actions have you undertaken or do you plan to undertake to support the well-being of Klal Yisrael?

Please submit your answer, which we will share at the end of the week. It may inspire others to do something similar!

  11. I’ve stepped up my blog writing, tweeting, and posting to get the word out about the Truth. I’ve increased my usual donations to the organizations who make a difference for those in Israel – Magen David Adom, IDF, Hatzolah, etc. I added words to the ending blessings in Birkat Hamazon for the safety of those in Israel and our hostages in Gaza.

Go to sleep earlier so that I can easily wake up before my kids, have coffee, and greet them with true delight in the morning! I know that this changes the whole course of their day for the better. Building up our children with love and confidence will help them be able to reach their potentials and heal the world.

Set the Shabbos table well before Shabbos

  14. CZ's avatar CZ says:

My daughter and I are lighting Shabbos candles 10 minutes before candlelighting. I registered to daven for two people kidnapped and one IDF soldier. We are donating to Israel. I am also currently upset with my husband and just decided Hashem would be pleased if I made peace instead of being obstinate.
