    I just read this and I would hate to disagree with the Chazon Ish but I think there are exceptions to this. If someone remains silent out of fear or embarrassment, they will very often regret it. I can actually think of so many comments I wanted to say but fear of the other person held me back and I wish I can just go back there and say it.
