Chazal teach that in Gan Eden, tzaddikim enjoy the radiance of the Shechinah, but not the Shechinah itself. 

Yet when a Yid learns Torah in this world, “Hakadosh Baruch Hu sits and studies opposite him.” (Tana d’Bei Eliyahu Rabba 18:2) 

Never underestimate the incredible closeness to Hashem that comes from learning Torah!
